Mythic is seeking an experienced, growth-obsessed Chief Client Officer (CCO) to lead our account organization. This is a net-new leadership role designed for a decisive executive who can work with our Leadership Team to deliver a fully integrated service offering (Strategy, Creative, Media, Social, and CRM). The CCO will be hyper-focused on growing agency revenue through organic client growth and playing an integral part of our new business pitch process. The right candidate will have deep experience in integrated agencies and a proven ability to defend magnetic brand storytelling while delivering the rigorous performance outcomes today’s CMOs and CFOs demand.

The Account Director will be responsible for cultivating multi-tiered client relationships and identifying organic growth opportunities to ensure both brand impact and account profitability. This role requires a “strategy-first” mindset and over 10 years of experience to bridge the gap between complex business objectives and extraordinary creative execution.

As Associate Director, you will move beyond tactical execution to drive high-level business outcomes. You will bridge brand equity with performance-driven results, serving as a senior consultant to our most sophisticated clients.

As a key liaison between the creative team and clients, the Account Executive will drive project momentum by managing timelines, trafficking creative, and providing essential support. You will embody Mythic’s “Be More” ethos by proactively building client relationships and maintaining high-level organization across integrated marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of agency experience who thrives in a strategy-first, high-growth environment.

Mythic is currently seeking marketing/advertising students who are 2026 graduates to assist our growing team. The paid 8-week program balances our organizational needs with your interests and professional aspirations. You’ll work under a mentor and have the supervision of an Account Director. Projects will be assigned based on current client needs and agency workload. You’ll get to exercise classroom concepts and theories in the workplace, including internal and external projects plus participate in strategic and creative brainstorm discussions. In addition, you’ll get professional development through internal training seminars.

Mythic is currently seeking an art + design intern to join our creative team. The paid 8-week program balances our organizational needs with your interests and professional aspirations. You’ll work under a mentor and have the supervision of an Associate Creative Director. Projects will be assigned based on current client needs and agency workload. You’ll get to exercise classroom concepts and theories in the workplace, including internal and external projects, by participating in creative brainstorms, concepting ideas, and designing brand identities, print layouts, digital ads and websites, social media and video content. In addition, you’ll get professional development through internal training seminars.

Mythic is currently seeking copywriting interns who are recent graduates to join our creative team. The paid 8-week program balances our organizational needs with your interests and professional aspirations. You’ll work under a mentor and have the supervision of an Associate Creative Director. Projects will be assigned based on current client needs and agency workload. You’ll get to exercise classroom concepts and theories in the workplace, including internal and external projects, by participating in creative brainstorms, concepting ideas, and developing copy, scripts, and social posts. In addition, you’ll get professional development through internal training seminars.

Mythic is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Intern for the summer of 2026. The paid internship program balances our organizational needs with your interests and professional aspirations. The CRM Intern will work closely with our Customer Relationship Marketing team to develop, optimize, and deliver engaging email campaigns for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in email marketing and contribute to a growing practice at our agency.

Mythic is currently seeking a Social Media Intern for the summer of 2026. The paid internship program balances our organizational needs with your interests and professional aspirations. The Social Media Intern at Mythic will be in charge of managing and developing the online community for the brands under the Mythic portfolio. This includes the ability to act as the voice of the brand, drafting post copy, scheduling posts, monitoring and responding to posts in the brand voice, and pulling analytics and reporting to help direct the team in terms of performance and creating best practices. This also includes identifying social media trends for the team and opportunities for the brand/community to take advantage of these trends.

Mythic is currently seeking a Strategy Intern to join our team this summer! The paid internship is an 8-week program that balances our organizational needs with your interests and professional aspirations. You’ll work under a mentor and have the supervision of a Strategy Director. Projects will be assigned based on current client needs and agency workload. You’ll get to exercise classroom concepts and theories in the workplace, including internal and external projects plus participate in strategic and creative brainstorm discussions. In addition, you’ll get professional development through internal training seminars.

Mythic is currently seeking a Creative Project Manager Intern. The Creative Project Manager is an internal-facing role that goes beyond assigning tasks and maintaining timelines by being immersed in each account and playing an integral part in helping to deliver the highest quality creative solutions for our clients. By bridging communication and workflow between the account and creative teams, the Project Manager keeps a close eye on timelines, exact deliverables, and direction/details by understanding the requirements of the brief, client dynamics, and creative resources needed. This helps both teams better manage how we facilitate the work to ensure the appropriate resources have been assigned and that we deliver work on time. The Project Managers work closely with Creative Directors to determine the writers, art directors, designers or production artists best suited for a task or project and assigns them accordingly. This role also serves to support account management by helping to keep a closer eye on exact deliverables and feedback from clients while understanding what’s in the scope of work to better manage how we facilitate getting work done.
