He has found a place of influence among many of the world’s leading B2C and B2B brands – and feels a strong sense of loyalty and responsibility in servicing them. Lee believes that an enhanced focus on business objectives, a deeper commitment to brand differentiation and flawless execution are the necessary components in out-performing the competition. Over the past several years, Lee’s primary role has been acquiring exceptional industry talent to help companies navigate today’s rapidly changing marketing landscape.

Throughout his award-winning career, David has crafted noteworthy brand stories that have put men in suits, farmers in tractors, cars in the shop, phones in hands, toes in sand, money in the bank, groceries in the fridge, and caring in people’s hearts.

Beth Prus

Beth leads Account Management at Mythic. Her 20+ years of experience from top global agencies continues to inform her work, and her belief that curiosity and creativity are core to this crazy business. Prior to Mythic, she led integrated marketing for Volkswagen, shepherding the first automotive online buying site into the world for the New Beetle special edition. She also spearheaded the HUMMER account for three years, including the H2 and H3 launches. Beth went on to run the Liberty Mutual P&C and Commercial business for 5 years.

Tami leads the People function at Mythic. With over two decades of HR leadership across advertising, the beverage industry and commercial real estate, she’s spent her career building the kind of HR foundations that can support complex organizational change and unlock employee potential. Whether guiding startups or national organizations, Tami’s approach balances business strategy with a deeply human focus. She has a true passion for streamlining systems into scalable, people-first solutions and creating cultures where high performance and empathy go hand-in-hand.

David Soliday

Chairman

David brings decades of client-side marketing expertise and integrated program management to Mythic. As Executive SVP of Retail and Small Business Marketing at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo), he oversaw the retail brand and all product and service marketing strategies. Before Wachovia, he led marketing and product teams at Bank of America, notably spearheading the highly successful “Keep the Change” product launch. David’s experience also includes leading customer loyalty and new media for Domino’s Pizza, alongside regional marketing roles.
