Harmonizing to uplift a community and evolve a campaign.
Six months after Hurricane Helene’s devastating waters rushed through Western North Carolina, we wanted to support the communities still rebuilding while reminding decision makers that most of North Carolina is open for business. To evolve the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) “All in NC” campaign, we captured the state’s 54,000 square miles of innovation, energy, hustle and possibility. Then, our team hatched a plan: record a cover of “Blue Skies” with NC-grown artists from bands like MJ Lenderman, Sylvan Esso and Iron & Wine. The song is an evocative reflection of Carolina resilience — and the backbone of our latest efforts to position North Carolina as the state for opportunity. The best part? Participating musicians donated a total of $100K to relief efforts.
